Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Stefanie Rothman White coordinates the IFK’s day-to-day operations, including space, equipment, scheduling, course administration, procurement, and finance. She is the primary point of contact for communications, events, inquiries and office visitors. An accomplished administration and communications professional with an established career in nonprofit cultural, higher education, and arts administration, Stefanie joined the IFK in 2019 from the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation at Chicago Booth. Since 1996, she has brought her creativity and project management skills to a range of key roles in the arts and humanities, having served as Public Relations and Marketing Manager at the Smart Museum of Art, Assistant Director for Public Information at the Cultural Policy Center, Communications Director for the Humanities Division, and the University of Chicago’s inaugural Arts Communication Manager. Stefanie holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan in Art History, Literature, Science and the Arts.
